Project Overview & Architecture

Dakota is a CRM integration solution that enables users to seamlessly sync accounts and contacts from Salesforce to other CRMs such as Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, and Dynamo CRM. After authenticating with the target CRM and selecting field mappings, the platform automates the data synchronization process. I developed and maintained the front-end interface using React and TypeScript, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience, implemented robust state and side effect management using Redux Toolkit and Redux-Saga, integrated authentication and API workflows for major CRMs, including Hubspot, Dynamo, and Microsoft Dynamics, and collaborated closely with the backend team to align on data models and ensure reliable sync operations.
